We had the pleasure of capturing Allen Nguyen’s story while working alongside an amazing creative team. Together, we were able to produce a documentary style short feature series for Louisiana Calling.

Before he even considered cooking as a career, Allen wasn’t even in Louisiana. When his father fell sick, however, he decided to come back to New Orleans for good. In between caring for his father and working, Allen found the kitchen was his sanctuary. Over time, it became his greatest source of happiness, and that’s when he knew he’d found his calling.
